Kirthi Diamond Jewellery shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, courier partner issues, or any other circumstances beyond our control. While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, we do not guarantee delivery dates, particularly during high-demand seasons or due to external courier constraints.

All risk of loss or damage to the product passes to the customer once the product is delivered to the specified address and signed for. Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted to our customer support team within 24 hours of delivery, along with appropriate supporting evidence.

At Kirthi Diamond Jewellery, each piece is crafted with precision and care. We follow a made-to-order model to ensure that every item you receive is uniquely created for you.

Order Processing Time

All jewellery is made to order.
Orders are processed and handcrafted within 7 business days from the date of order confirmation.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order is ready and shipped, delivery time is as follows:
- 1–2 business days for Tier 1 cities
- 2–3 business days for Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
Shipping is handled by Sequel Couriers, a secure and specialized logistics partner for high-value items.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping across India on all orders.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS to track your shipment.

Delivery Address

Please ensure the delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

All shipments are fully insured until delivered.
A signature and valid photo ID may be required upon delivery for added security.
